Bush and Mideast

Font size: Decrease font Enlarge font
GW Bush has done a ‘great’ job of turning the Middle East into a complete disaster area.
His amazing contributions for the cause comprise the following:
Iraq has been destroyed; he drove the Taleban into hiding in Afghanistan; not nabbing Osama bin Laden; the job there was abandoned, allowing the problem to be blown to its current proportions; letting Israel off the leash; significantly contributing to the unprecedented increases in human suffering in the Palestinian territories; the list goes on.
Thus we have seen no progress at all towards the peaceful resolution of any issue.
As in so many other areas, both foreign and domestic, have been so unfortunate as to see themselves show up on Bush’s radar, the Middle East has only been set back by the efforts of this administration.
