Teacher post

THIS is with regarding to the interview held for the post of teachers for district Budgam, I am one of the candidate who has been short listed and called for interview on 18 july 08, under serial no. 1157, during my interview I was very much surprised by the respected Chief Education Officer Budgam, that I can not be selected without any interview because I am B.Sc Agriculture, (59.23%) with masters degree in Ag. Botany (65.83%) & B.Ed.(69.70%) form Kashmir University , I am having 40.35 points without interview points so I want to know the reason form the S.S.B and respected C.E.O Budgam, on what grounds did they disappoint me during the interview hours.
