Iran war?

UNFORTUNATELY, the war on Iran is not about nuclear enrichment or weapons. It is about oil and economic hegemony of the US. The majority of the US government officials have invested their money in oil. They do well when oil prices rise. They want to safeguard themselves with larger supplies and monopolise the world’s energy resources.
For that purpose, they have crafted a pretext to attack Iran which has large oil reserves and is the gate to the oil in the Caspian sea, Central Asia and Russia. If you look back on Bush’s rhetoric at the beginning of his presidency on the axis of evil, rogue nations etc, you will see that it all had to do with discrediting some nations, primarily those who have large oil reserves. The intention behind that rhetoric was to smooth the way for Israel to conquer Palestine, Lebanon and Syria.
That Bush’s scheme, modelled after Hitler’s blitzkrieg, didn’t work largely due to the tough resistance by the Taleban, Al Qaeda and the resistance in Iraq. They are the heroes. Bush’s rhetoric changed through his presidency but the agenda didn’t.
Whether at this point, six months before his exit, Bush will indeed start another war on Iran is questionable. The Pentagon doesn’t want it.
But there is, as you say, no certainty that the Bush cabal will not start another war before they leave. Because they profit. Another war would put McCain into the presidency.
And how many people get killed for no cause or fault of their own, unfortunately, never mattered. If such a calamity does happen — I hope it will not — all Muslims, no matter what nationality, will spring to Iran’s defence.
