MCA wins KU Hockey tourney

Srinagar, July 10: MCA defeated Library Science in the final of the Kashmir University Inter-Departmental Hockey Tournament today at University playing ground. MCA won the match by four goals to one.
Although it was Library science who scored the opening goal of the match in the 5th minute, but MCA put the bridle back on Library Science and scored four back to back goals, thus winning the match by 4-0.
The tournament was being organised by the Directorate of Physical Education and Sports, University of Kashmir in which 9 teams belonging to different departments of the University took part. The University is now eyeing to conduct Inter College Hockey tournament in the future course of time.
